now i understand the journey through the baths i can think about how the flow of the building could be - flow - water - journey .. things that i want to capture and that were being lost in the rational plans ive been straining out..
i want to think of the program as a river
this model is a bit naf - literally carving in a river - but it helped me to think about how different rooms might float over - over lap and keep the water - or the suggestion of flow - continuous - along the path and experience

the courtyard area has developed as the communal cold pool - open air - allowing for the space to open up to the ground level - and market spaces above..
